Mr. Edward K. Loyst, Chairman and the major shareholder of Bancorp Franchise ., announced today that the company is not for sale. In recent months, the company did explore the possible sale of individual divisions – Living Lighting Inc., Global Pet Food Stores Inc. and LIV Canada Gift Group Inc., to create increased shareholder value. This initiative has created trade rumours that divisions are being sold off. This news release is to clarify that no division has been sold and there are no offers pending at this time.
