The Quality Franchise Association has received top marks in a recent members survey conducted about the services provided to members.
The survey, which was sent to franchisor members, questioned members about the Quality Franchise Association’s level of service, the range of benefits on offer, and whether they’d be likely to renew their membership.
From the franchisors that contributed to the survey, there was not one negative response to the questions, with all questions garnering a high- or very-high standard of service and value for money.
