Franchise UK – Disaster restoration specialist Rainbow International has been appointed as sole supplier for CIS (Co-operative Insurance Services) in the UK.
The contract has been awarded through Royal and SunAlliance which provides claims management services for CIS. Rainbow International will provide a 24-hour disaster restoration service to CIS’s largely domestic policyholders. Adrian Morton, Rainbow International’s General Manager National Accounts, says:

We have 130 franchises across the UK providing more than 1,200 trained personnel and have in excess of 100,000 pieces of drying equipment.
“These services are backed by a £1 million investment in our online management system, which ensures that our resources are deployed with maximum effect but also provides comprehensive real time information to our clients. We already provide a solus services to Royal and SunAlliance and to Lloyds TSB, and we are delighted to be entrusted with providing this important service for CIS.”
