From the Founders to each Franchisee we are focused on helping businesses overcome the challenges that every business faces from time to time. Our Franchisees help businesses by understanding the problem and using our analysts to offer practical solutions, from funding to specialist hands on action.
We have helped purchase assets, provide time to pay tax, solved PAYE cash flow, mitigated personal guarantees, re-negotiated with banks and creditors, all with the help of our in-house and retained professional advisors. We also have access to growth specialists, board and governance evaluators, coaches and mentors to get businesses back on track.
Our funds come from private investors and traditional sources. We find what is the best source for each situation. We can often help fund where traditional sources cannot. If funds come from our private investors we do not seek personal guarantees.
What do you have to do?
Be our eyes and ears. You need to be able to listen well, be non-judgemental, and understand how stressful owning a business with problems can be.
Use our tried and tested methods to seek out companies with problems and inspire the trust with the management to explore possible solutions, guided by our in-house analysts. You will be trained to understand funding basics, how to build trust, how to use social media to build networks and how to process applications for funding.
What do we offer?
A profit share on every introduction you make that proceeds to closure. A process that keeps introductions moving towards closure and visible to you all the way. Clear guidelines on what is possible. Specialist support to help solve any business problem.
We focus on loans from £25,000 to £100,000 for assets to support the business. We also offer larger loans in exceptional circumstances.
Our smallest loan offered is £25,000. If you introduce 10 loans of this size your monthly income is £833 per month. Our average loan size to date is over £100,000.
