The chefs are all highly-trained in the art of sushi preparing, and comprise traditional Japanese sushi chefs, as well as non-Japanese chefs.
Developing upon these skills, the team has developed workshops and classes designed to educate and advance the sushi making skills of the public. Having established in 2010, Your Sushi provides sushi making classes across the UK, with events being previously held in London, Leeds, and Cardiff.
Classes and workshops range from private sushi classes, to sushi hen nights, sushi making workshops, and sushi team building events. The team prides itself on providing interesting ways to learn how to make sushi, with the majority of new business being secured through word-of-mouth, as well as Your Sushi utilising the services of major event management companies.
