Founded by Sandra Venables as a part-time business, Well Polished was originally based on the Wirral before expanding into a country-wide franchise. Well Polished is customer-focused and takes time to meet with each client before coming into their home for the first time.
Well Polished is a fast-growing business and has franchises across the UK The basic service is simple and effective – the same, trustworthy cleaner goes to the customer every week, with a reliable, professional manager to ensure all the customer’s requirements are met.
Well Polished currently operates in the U.K and Portugal, with the first franchisee appointed in Liverpool in 2007. By 2012 they had 12 franchisees up and running across the country, while having received an additional investment in 2015 to rebrand and relaunch. The company launched a new website in 2016 and has 34 new territories sold by 2017 with a growth of 200%.
Franchisees will receive full training and an initial marketing package with a free Google campaign, social media set-up, dedicated web pages on their website, and access to bespoke management software. Support is also given in the form of regular territory visits, conferences training opportunities and fully-designed campaigns.
