The Winning Formula is a business advisory company which aims to help business leaders grow and transform their organisations. It was founded in 1995 by John Stein, and is based in Warrington, Cheshire. Stein’s vision was to produce a simple approach to improving performance in the workplace, whilst helping leaders understand the challenges preventing them from growing.
The company has produced some great results, and so far clients have experienced over £500 million of additional revenue as a result of using the service. The Winning Formula has won awards, including being recognised twice by the UK National Training Awards body, for its unique, original design.
The Winning Formula’s framework is based on six different areas – research, strategy, motivation, development and ownership. The company takes note of the vision of their client, and uses this to develop a solution to improve the performance of all employees based on the six key areas.
The framework has been proven to work on businesses of all sizes, whether they are small operations or much larger organisations. Some clients even continue to use the service several years after they begin, as the results are always excellent.
