Premier Sport offers young people the chance to try and become great at a number of different sporting activities, whether that be as part of the school curriculum or in an additional after school or weekend session. With flexible times and a choice of things to do, every child can have the opportunity to do something that appeals to them and become fit and healthy at the same time.
The key to the classes is enjoyment and fun. Each child must love what they are doing in order to get the most out of their different classes so it is imperative that the professionals who are in charge of the groups are able to maintain high levels of energy and positivity. This rubs off on the children who are able to take this through to their other lessons and their lives in general.
By building positive teamwork and a good team spirit, these sporting classes (which include archery, football, badminton, tennis, golf, rugby, fencing, basketball, running and gymnastics amongst many more) can do so much for a child’s confidence and health – they will also be taught about nutrition and how the body works to ensure that they are able to make healthy choices in their day to day lives.
