Why Partner with Ivestseed?

Ivestseed’s target audience is “the modern business travelers,” generally in their late 20s to early 40s and working in a variety of industries. This audience “is looking for a rich travel experience as opposed to a standard hotel room with only a bed and a TV. This traveler is looking for more than that — it’s being integrated into the community and having a higher quality experience.”Experts also suggest that the short-term rental market will keep growing at a rapid pace as the younger generation gravitates towards short-term rental units as opposed to hotel rooms when it comes to going on vacations.

Ivestseed units are master leased from landlords or purchased directly and are operated as full-time accommodations for travelers. The company has also been a part of the Airbnb program, which highlights listings that have been vetted for quality assurance by Airbnb.

Primarily, Ivestseed represents a newer generation of service units that are bridging the gap between what we think of as traditional accommodations (hotels) as opposed to private accommodations (Airbnb and other short-term rentals). Products like these are what the alternative accommodations industry needs to evolve and reach more mainstream audiences.

Purchasing a property, refurbishing, and renting it on Airbnb can be an excellent source of income and diversify your investment portfolio. However, many people spend all their money on one project with the risk of minimal return.

Why invest in Ivestseed?

Simply put, investing in a refurbishment project will increase your return on investment (ROI) when you see the monthly return from Ivestseed. Ivestseed has purchased properties with clients, and on average, every 1€ invested yields a 1.5€ return without fail. This is when a group buys a property and doesn’t consider the additional profit that refurbishment yields when taking on multiple platforms short-term. Also, with minimum risk due to the fact, that Ivestseed always takes on the renovations & the rentals, since we put up 50% of the revenue needed. With the right strategy, we have the ability to manage, optimize, and promote our listings in order to enhance the amount of income generated.

How complete does refurbishment need to be?

We group refurbishment into three levels:

  • Full refurbishment– This involves making structural changes, when necessary (knocking down walls), redoing the floors, investing in air conditioning, remodeling the kitchen and bathrooms, and buying new furniture and lighting.
  • Redecoration– This involves making cosmetic changes to an apartment, such as adding new rugs and furniture.
  • Ready to go– Turn-key. This is when we purchase properties that are ready to be lived in or rented out, with little to no changes made.

All projects will be completed with legal agreements and as a partner, you will be required to take part in the project management.

Have a suitable property already?

Do you want to earn a higher income and have a property? Then partner with Ivestseed Do you want access to our knowledge and witness proof of our success? Do you want to avoid the hassle that normally goes with the property market thus successfully maximizing your return? If you answered yes to any of these questions, we are the perfect partners for you.

Plumbing Franchises

With a reported shortage of Plumbers in the UK, plumbing franchises have become popular.

Most of us will require the skills of a plumber at some point, whether we are having a new bathroom or kitchen installed or have a domestic disaster such as a burst pipe, the first thing most homeowners will do is call on a local plumber to get the problem fixed as soon as possible.

With more and more homes being built across the UK plumbing will always be an essential service for the construction industry, and industry in general as well as to homeowners.

Plumbing franchises can be versatile opportunities, they could be run management style perhaps for a franchisee without plumbing experience who employs experienced, qualified plumbers to attend to the calls or a qualified plumber who would benefit from marketing and administrative support offered by the franchisor.

Many plumbing franchises are available at varying levels of investment depending on the franchise type.

Hotel Franchises

Many people do not understand or realize that some of the largest franchise businesses in the world are actually hotels. Most people assume that all hotels, because they all are very alike under the same branding umbrella was therefore be a single or group of companies, this is simply not true.

Thousands of hotels operate globally under franchise agreements, some of these brands include Easy Hotels, Hilton, Holiday Inn, Travelodge, Crown Plaza to name but just a few, in fact there are almost 100 hotel franchise brands in existence that have either all hotels as franchises, i.e they do not own them directly or some hotels that are franchised hotels.

Many people find this fact about hotel franchises quite surprising but when you consider the huge market, i.e globally combined with the massive capital costs to acquire a hotel it make perfect sense to franchise a hotel brand allowing expansion and better coverage for your guests loyal to your brand to find hotels.

As with any business for sale or franchise opportunity you need to carry out thorough research before you buy including professional advice.

Low Cost Franchises

So what is a low cost franchise? Well I suppose everyone will have a different definition of what they think a low cost opportunity is but for these purposes we will use an investment level of £15,000 or less as the guide price for a low cost franchise.

So does low cost therefore mean low earnings or profit? No, some low or even no upfront investment franchise or business opportunities can represent very high earnings potential. So why would a franchise business sell it a low cost even if the earnings potential was high? Well the initial franchise is generally determined by the cost to set-up which includes training, equipment, product and premises not the actual earnings potential. Sure sometimes with a recognized brand just the area alone will have a impact on the price as the largest the franchise area or territory, the more business will be obtained. That said that’s generally not the case for less known brands or new brands and if a franchise requires a lot of franchisees to provide national coverage and set-up costs are quite low then many will have an initial fee of under £15,000 to try to recruit as many franchisees as quickly as possible to grow their brand and provide a better service to their customers.

Some of the low cost franchises for sale under £15,000 include product distribution, pet related, children fitness and swimming, travel agency and even financial and business advice franchises so there is a huge choice of opportunity even if you are seeking a lower initial investment. The main thing to consider if the “overall” investment, just because a franchise has a low initial fee doesnt mean you won’t need to invest additional funds so when choosing a low cost franchise opportunity make sure you find out about all costs involved before you invest and as always seek professional advice.

Just because a franchise investment is low cost doesnt mean you should not carry out thorough research before you make any commitment. Regardless of initial investment check out the business and seek professional advice.
