Our model is simple: We provide high standard short-term accommodation located in City Centre locations by way of a self-contained fully serviced one or two bedroom apartment.

We have created a model and a brand for our Serviced Apartments that we believe can be successfully replicated throughout the UK, and as a result are expanding the model by way of Franchise.

Set up costs are low as units can be leased or purchased, and converted to cater for the travel market with an investment lower then £20,000 for a leased apartment or from £50,000 if you purchase a unit with finance.
