Once you have chosen your location, we are able to provide a protected territory around you. This will be agreed prior to signing the franchise agreement.
LOCATING PREMISES AND REFURBISHMENT:
We will assist you in your search for a suitable location to operate from, based on the local market and competitor locations. We can make recommendations on your refurbishment and introduce you to our approved suppliers, with whom we have been able to negotiate very competitive national deals to bring your costs down.
We will work alongside you with the recruitment of your staff. We will help you to conduct recruitment seminars and interviews and to identify associates with the right skill set. We will provide recruitment advertising templates, logos, brochures and presentations.
The Century 21 UK Training Academy offers best in class training and on-going development support in the field of estate and letting agency. This equips you and your staff with all the knowledge you need to deliver your service in the Century 21 way.
We will help you to set up your key technologies, including your property management software and website. We will train you how to list properties, manage leads and train your Associates to do the same as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Our centralised Marketing Support Team creates all the collateral your business will need. You are able to browse, customise and order all the templates available to you through an online portal exclusively created for CENTURY 21 UK,
We can help you to launch your business, with recommendations and certain initiatives that will help you to get noticed, whether that’s local coverage instigated by our PR agency, initiating an online advertising campaign to drive traffic to your website, or supplying bespoke adverts for your local paper.
GETTING FOUND ONLINE:
We recognise that your main source of leads will be the leading property portals, so we have negotiated competitive deals for our offices who wish to list on Rightmove and Zoopla. Your office will get a dedicated homepage on the Century 21 UK website, which you are able to customise. We can also introduce you to approved suppliers for all search engine optimisation and paid for ads on Google.

ON-GOING MARKETING SUPPORT:
We regularly launch new advertising templates for our offices to use – subjects can range from changes to legislation or market conditions, to simple seasonally led material. ON-GOING SUPPORT AND DEVELOPMENT:
You will be designated key support contact from our centralised support team who is there to help you get the best out of your business. They will diarise regular contact meetings to discuss how your business is progressing and can offer direction and advice should you encounter a problem.
You will also be given access to an online intranet solution, which enables you to access a wealth of training and marketing material at any time.
Our initial franchise fee is £23,500, plus initial start-up costs.
