Many of our recruiters have extensive commercial expertise and apply these to the recruitment and selection process for the benefit of our clients.

With our international footprint spanning the globe, we combine efforts and skills as offices have the capability to work together to service our clients. Working with the local office allows clients to tap into fresh resource, not necessarily available across social networks. Our teams appreciate the cultural variances and subtle differences in recruitment processes, so the best candidates are not only sourced, but are also prepared for the process.

Training and support are a critical element in your business launch. A keen thirst for learning is required as we walk you through the fundamental steps and processes that you will apply in your office on a day-to-day basis.

The topic of recruitment is vast, so we approach this in stages, we start with an initial 3-day pre-induction program which is held virtually in blocks of time. This helps you prepare for your new business launch so there are no surprises, and you can start your marketing plan.

From there we host a full induction program (where possible, face to face) in a classroom setting, which is a combination of theoretical learning, with scenario and practical experience.

Training, post-graduation combines a number of training styles and platforms to ensure individual learning preferences are accommodated and that there is maximum take up once application of our international recruitment model has been employed. Leading industry experts will deliver the training.
