Access4Lofts was founded in May 2005 after owners Tim and Lindsay Brown moved to Devon and needed safe and easy access to the loft space in their new house and could find no one specifically offering a loft ladder installation service who could install it for them. Tim installed their own loft ladder and then friends asked him to install theirs and the business grew from there.
Now Access4Lofts offers customers a quick, easy and affordable loft ladder installation service to help them create a useful loft storage space. Additional services include the supply and installation of loft hatches, loft ladders, boarding, lighting and installation.
Access4Lofts believes that customer service is as important as great workmanship. Their installation specialists always turn up at the arranged time and put down dust sheets and vacuum after the job to keep the house tidy. The price quoted is always the price the customer pays, there’s no hidden costs.
Franchisees begin their Access4Lofts journey with a five-day residential training course at the company’s West Midlands-based training facility where they’ll learn all about the installation process and how to avoid health and safety issues. All franchisees are supported by the company’s bespoke admin system which produces all documents from quotes to invoices and provides key customer data.
