Working from home can benefit both lifestyle and well-being. Since the pandemic hit, working from home has become the norm. Many businesses have adapted well to this change, and many have reaped the benefits.

This means much less time is spent commuting to the office, and much more time with families, causing people generally to re-evaluate their lives. According to PBCToday, the growth in demand for garden rooms and home offices has expanded massively over the Covid-19 pandemic.
