Liaise with a company to build the kiosk. We can help you there as we have many contacts in the industry. Cost to build the 3mx5m unit should be contained between £20k-£25k+vat and should take about 6-8 weeks, within which you will have to:

• Liaise with shopping center(s) & find a suitable location.
• Pay rent deposits and sort legal contracts with all parties.
• Purchase all the equipment (about £15k+vat) & initial stock supplies.
• Register with health authorities & open suitable trade & bank accounts.
• Recruit & Train Staff.
• Open for business!

Note on Royalties: receive a big boost in the form of a 50% discount: royalties will only be charged 2.5% of gross sales in the first year of trading, as opposed to the full 5% charged thereafter.

Total Cost for a Turn-Key Solution from Initial concept purchase to opening date: About £50-60k+vat including starting capital. Estimated Return on Investment (ROI) Forecast for the acquirer/operator: ½ year – 2 years only.
