Bill Plant Driving School Wins National Driving School Of The Year
- Bill Plant Driving School beat competitors RED Driving School and AA Driving School to take the crown at the Intelligent Instructor Awards 2019
- They also picked up the Regional Award for Driving Instructor of the Year in Scotland
Bill Plant Driving School are celebrating being crowned National Driving School of the Year at the recent Intelligent Instructor Awards 2019.
These awards are brand-new in the sector, recognising and celebrating the crème da le crème of British Driving Instructors, Schools and Suppliers within the ADI industry.
The ceremony took place on the evening of October 6th 2019, the awards followed the ADINJC & Intelligent Instructor Conference & Expo ’19. Both events taking place at the Heart of England Conference and Exhibition Centre in Coventry.
Bill Plant were the recipients of two prestigious awards, scooping both ‘National Driving School of the Year’ and ‘Driving Instructor of the Year’ for one of their driving instructors in Scotland.
When deciding on which of the three nominated driving schools would win the award for National Driving School of the Year, judges were looking for a company that actively supported its pupils and instructors, was known for its excellent customer service, demonstrated innovative and effective instruction, and had proven commitment to road safety with strong business development.
Before being announced as the winner, they were first commended for bringing a fresh approach to the business, making necessary changes to create a positive teaching environment for Driving Instructors to thrive in and showcasing real empathy for their staff.
