Our team have successfully assisted clients with the purchase of existing franchise businesses, which involves liaising with both the seller's solicitor and the franchisor's solicitor to bring the deal together within strict timescales set by the franchisor.  We have also assisted new franchisors with preparation of their  franchise or master franchise agreement.
