Apetito produces all its frozen food at its three factories, two in Trowbridge which occupy six acres and one in Dudley . The 'safe food factory' was opened in 1995 with a hi-tec laboratory added in 1997 within the 88,000 square foot Trowbridge factory, comprehensive HACCP and Quality Assurance Systems, daily taste panels and the laboratory ensures all aspects of production achieve the highest standards of hygiene and storage.

The company then operates its own distribution service on a nationwide level. All manufactured products, once frozen and packed, leave the factory and are stored in the main cold store located at Portbury near Bristol, with an additional five transhipment points situated throughout the United Kingdom and a fleet of thirty one commercial vehicles, fitted with the latest equipment necessary for the carriage of frozen food, Apetito have taken every measure to ensure their products reach their customers in first class quality.

Wiltshire Farm Food offer a range of over 170 ready meals and desserts, which are frozen immediately after production, ensuring quality and freshness when served. The meals can be regenerated either in a conventional oven, microwave, Aga or Wiltshire Farm Food's unique 'Servtherm'. The Servtherm is a small, inexpensive heating appliance, which safely steams the meals and desserts to give the best possible results.
