Joining TSW PLC as a licensee, will provide direct access to the achievement of profits through 'Planning Gain' - the most profitable element of the property market. Planning Gain is the uplift of a property's value through the achievement of the initial or incremental planning permission only. Most people are excluded from accessing the significant profits associated with this sector, through lack of knowledge, ongoing support and funding.
TSW PLC are Land Development specialists with over 50 years of Planning and Property Development expertise. We have unrivalled knowledge of this sector, and provide risk-free funding for projects our licensees find. Our licensees then receive 30% of the profits, for only finding and evaluating the site.
As a licensee you initially have access to our Personal Development Programme (PDP) specifically designed by our nationally renowned Planning Consultants. Its aim is simple - to rapidly provide our licensees with the necessary detailed knowledge of Planning Gain, and its application to their local area, in order to identify and assess viable Planning Gain opportunities. The results shown by our licensees to date, clearly demonstrate its effectiveness.
TSW Licensee - The PDP Training
This is conducted over a 3 month period and comprises of -face-to-face day sessions, followed by 'discovery learning' within your local area. Throughout the PDP, our Planning experts are constantly in touch and ensure you are meeting the performance standards required.
Accreditation is achieved once the 3 month PDP is completed and our overall standards are met.
The TSW Planning Gain Opportunity Process
Once accredited, your role as a licensee is to find and assess viable planning gain opportunities. Once the opportunity has been verified by TSW, we will:
• negotiate the purchase of the property/land.
• fund the purchase of the property/land
• execute/complete the planning application
• sell the property/land to a developer/investor
Your Earning Potential
As a licensee, you are contracted to find and submit to TSW a minimum of 3 viable Planning Gain opportunities a year.
The minimum uplift value of the viable land/property opportunity that TSW require is £100k.
This means that effective licensees should receive a minimum of £90k per annum.
