Due to our unprecedented success we are now looking for motivated and passionate business professionals to join our group of Associates.  CS Associates is not a typical “franchise” sales organisation.

We are interested in talking to enthusiastic business professionals who will share our passion to raise the standards of our Permanent Recruitment Service, becoming trusted Associates to our clients and giving candidates an exceptional customer experience.

As an Associate within CS Associate you will become a master of Search and Selection, using your professional experience and your inter-personal skills alongside our unparalleled training programme to give you all the tools to allow you to match high performance candidates with our client organisations.  The business attracts commercially aware people with good professional experience looking for independence, yet enjoying a supportive team environment.

We will provide the knowledge, training, infrastructure, support, tools and business intelligence to help you develop and for you to grow your own successful business, operating in the Recruitment Industry. Your earnings are uncapped and unlimited and a hard working, successful Associate Partner can anticipate earnings of £70K in year one rising to over £100K in subsequent years.

Unlike other “Recruitment Franchise” business opportunities we supply all the clients and vacancies for our Associates to work on.  We are not simply a “training board” where trainees are then expected to fish in the vast ocean of companies to search for assignments to work on.

We have an active Business Development division who constantly meet with clients and retain their services for recruitment assignments.  We then assign this vacancywithin our network and deliver the results to our clients.

Included in the Start- Fee:

• Initial 2 day classroom training
• First 3 months management charges

• earning an income from day one whilst completing the
