Franchise Joining Fees

To join Mister Fix-It (or any other franchise) you pay a joining fee that secures you exclusive territory rights, this enables you to operate from within this territory, to use our brand and business system and a start-up, training package and manuals.

We have carefully structured our joining fee to reflect the true potential for the business in your area and to include our tailored start-up package without unreasonable expense.

Currently, the Mister Fix-It franchise package is structured so that you pay:

  • £16,471.07 for the basic equipment and start up package (detailed below) at cost plus 10% administration, delivery.
  • 5 pence for each owner-occupied/purchased household in your territory (i.e. you don’t pay for council or rented accommodation)

We suggest that an exclusive territory of 250,000 such households (about 2 average postcodes) is enough for a really good business and so an average franchise-joining fee thus works out as £28,971.07 (Plus reclaimable Vat).

Unlike other handyman franchises, we do not charge you any extra franchise fees for each handyman you operate – thus, with Mister Fix-It, you are free to grow to any size within your territory.

You will receive:

  • All important office equipment, including computer, fax, printer and licenses.
  • Job Management, Scheduling, Invoicing and Accounting Software.
  • A £1,000 rebate upon your first company vehicle in Mister Fix-It livery.
