The expansion
Founded in 1995, Coffee Republic grew from a small independent company and quickly became a successful chain of international style espresso bars. Now, over ten years later, there are 74 existing Deli bars and concessions currently operating in the UK with an opening programme of a further 100+ bars and concession throughout 2007/08 in addition to the first international Coffee Republic Deli™.

What training and support is provided?
At Coffee Republic, training is everything. We will train you in aspects of the Coffee Republic Deli™ techniques. We also cover customer care, work planning, time management, preparing for the future, employing staff and record keeping. We take training seriously but we do it in a relaxed, easy to follow way and is tailored to your particular needs.
On-going support is available when training ends. Our dedicated team is available to help with answers to your problems or offer any extra training needed.
Who are we looking for?
Coffee Republic is looking for individuals with drive, enthusiasm and a desire to make money. You don’t have to have experience of running your own business already or have worked in the food or coffee industries, its your personality and commitment that’s important. The ideal franchisee will have a desire to earn a good income, an interest in food and drink, a love of working with people and a desire to be the boss.
The franchise options
Deli bar owner operator - opportunities exist throughout the UK, its up to you whether you open one bar or if you would like to open several bars in the future.
Become a Regional Development Franchisee - represening a Coffee Republic regionally you will be responsible for recruiting new franchisees in your area and guiding them through the process.
Country Master Franchisees - develop an entire country and be our representative to recruit and open bars within the country. (At this time, regretfully we can not offer single bars internationally.)
Minimum cash requirement £200,000 of which £70,000 should be liquid
