Training and Support

Swisher has the best support ratios in franchising with 2 franchisees to each member of Corporate staff (the national average is 7:1). Excellent initial and ongoing training is provided both in the classroom and the franchise territory.

This support starts even before you join the Swisher network as Swisher will assist with your business plan, introduce you to the funding sources (with whom we have an excellent relationship) and provide you with ongoing guidance and support to ensure that you are making the right decision.

Corporate Office also provides centrally all of your invoices and statements. Corporate Office provides assistance with debt collection and act as a Call Centre for franchisees and their customers.

Financial Information

The fee for a Swisher franchise is £30,000 + VAT. The total investment required will be approximately between £55,000 - £75,000 (which includes the franchise fee, the set-up costs, and the running costs for the first 2 years). The banks, subject to status, will lend up to 70% of the total amount required.

To join Swisher, all you will need is your own personal available liquid capital of £25,000.

Swisher awards exclusive 500,000 population territories which have between 10,000 – 20,000 potential customers. It is impossible to reach customer saturation within your territory, and a £500,000 turnover Swisher franchise should only have about 6 service staff and 350 customers.
