Ecobuggy expansion helps retain golf memberships

In recent months Ecobuggy has continued to expand operating now at more courses and installing more buggys after succesful trials. One such success includes the recent installation of two units to Cowes Golf Course. Chris Lacey, Manager saw the Ecobuggys in operation at Shanklin & Sandown Golf Course, which now has increased from 2 to 5 Ecobuggys followinga successful trial.
Chris comments "Cowes Golf Club have recently taken delivery of 2 Eco Buggies and the members and visitors alike have all commented on how good they are. We are confident that the minimal hire cost will easily be covered over the year and as an added bonus it has resulted in a member being able to continue to play and not having to resign his membership"
Joel Bissitt, Managing Director of Sonic Golf Ltd adds " We are delighted that the buggy operation is performing extremely well and far beyond our forecasts. Several managers have commented to me that in addition to the revenue stream generated by the hire charges they have directly retained members that would otherwise have left the club"
