Sonic Golf report Ecobuggy launch success

The first UK based Ecobuggy units were installed at the start of this golf season following the brand launch just over a year ago. The results have been very impressive with number of hires being far higher than forecasted and the feedback from golf courses has been extremely positive as not only does it generated additional immediate revenue for the course but it also helps retain members of the club.
One of the first clubs to trial the Ecobuggy was Shanklin & Sandown Golf Club. Andy Creed, Manager comments "I just wanted to drop a line to say how impressed we at Shanklin and Sandown Golf Club have been with the two ecobuggys that we have here. In difficult economic times, retention of members is critical and we have found that the introduction of your buggies has been an extremely positive additional to our armoury.
The initial setup process was straightforward and simple with no up front costs accruing to the Golf Club. The buggies have proved to be easy to operate and have been greatly welcomed by our 'senior' golfers. Members who would have otherwise retired their clubs have quite literally been given a new lease of life!"
