Domino's Pizza reporting profits

As the recession is biting many people are choosing takaways as a cheaper option than dining out.  This has proved to be great news for the successful chain of home delivery pizza, Domino's Pizza, they have annouced a huge 73.7% leap in internet sales in the last year.

The global franchise brand are forecasting profits for the chain, which operates in the UK and Ireland of between £22.3m and £23.2m.

Domino's, opened its doors to 52 new outlets they now have a total of 553 outlets of which has created 1,500 jobs.  This exceeded the planned growth of 50 new outlets forecast for 2008.
