McDonald's ordered to pay $505k compensation

McDonald's Durango, Colorado franchise has been ordered to pay $505k to four teens who their lawyers said, were sexually harassed by their manager.
The teens said that the Manager, Jason Grubb, 24 began biting their breasts, touching their buttocks and made inappropriate sexual comments from December 2003 they also said that harrassment continued for a number of months.
The federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed a sexual harassment lawsuit after the four female teenage McDonald's workers said they were subject to regular sexual harrassment by Grubb.
Two of Grubb's victims and their lawyer Lynn Sholler will be awarded $450,000, and the other two victims being represented by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission will receive $55,000, as reported.
