Expense Reduction Analysts Franchisee reports success

Having worked for over 20 years in several commercial director roles operating in the aerospace, automotive, chemicals and transport sectors I decided I needed a new challenge and running my own business seemed to fit the bill.

After two years of extensive research into the franchising opportunities available I decided to join Expense Reduction Analysts.

This franchise appealed to me as it would enable me to achieve results directly linked to my own performance and to benefit from the expertise of over 130 other Expense Reduction Analysts franchisees.

Before launching my Leeds based business in October 2006 I attended a five week residential training course, which focused on the practical aspects of launching my business, from client acquisition to client and project management, and prepared me to hit the ground running. Even though I’ve not been trading for a full year my turnover has already exceeded £100,000 and I’m expecting to reach £150,000 by the end of year one.

With my first year going exceptionally well I’ve got lots of plans for the future, and with two young children there are no shortages of good causes to invest future profits in. My immediate plan is to sustain the success of the first year by implementing 14 projects scheduled for next year with existing clients. I also plan to sign several new clients who are eager to work with Expense Reduction Analysts.
