One of Glasgow's most successful sandwich bars is rebranding, reports Newsquest today. A new business arm, and expansion into the United Arab Emirates are all in the pipeline for Crepe a Croissant.
Launched 14 years ago by Keshan Nahar and Nikki Sharp, Crepe a Croissant operates four units across the city. Keshan told Newsquest: "We've operated confidently for the past few years so we thought it was about time to take the business further. We've had a franchise part of the business in operation for a few years - two of our Glasgow shops are franchises. Now we want to take it further. We're also making a big push to develop an outside catering arm.”
“We already have customers who ask us to supply meetings and birthdays, but we need to start doing it on a more formal basis. One of the most exciting things is our move beyond Scotland, we want to start operating in different markets. To make the move abroad and the franchise concept easier, the business is beginning to rebrand.”
