Weichert, Realtors Adds Two More Franchise Offices

Weichert Real Estate Affiliates has increased its presence by opening franchise offices in Stonington, Connecticut and Plainville, Massachusetts.
Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., the franchise arm of Weichert, Realtors, has increased its presence in New England with the openings of franchise offices in Stonington, Connecticut and Plainville, Massachusetts.
“We are proud to welcome aboard these respected real estate veterans and look forward to the enhanced service capabilities our active collaboration can bring to the area,” said Martin J. Rueter, president of Weichert Real Estate Affiliates.
The two new affiliates are: Weichert, Realtors – Suburban Properties, Stonington, Connecticut. Serving the Mystic/Stonington area, this sixth Weichert affiliate in the Nutmeg State is owned by Broker Vincent Engingro.
Weichert, Realtors – Hunter Properties, Plainville, Massachusetts. Cheryl Deschenes, broker of record, and Pat Fellmann are the owners of this 10-year-old real estate agency, Weichert’s ninth affiliate in the state.
