Sarasota, FL based Synergy Franchising, LLC today announced their first Janbury franchisee signing. New owners, Kevin White and Bob Gordon already own a disaster recovery and construction businesses in Ft Myers, FL.They purchased the Janbury franchise with a view to expanding their client base and service offerings. In turn, Janbury was looking to add a more robust disaster recovery service. Tom Dunn, Janbury’s Franchise Development Director commented; 'We are excited to have Kevin and Bob join us. Additionally, Kevin is a licensed general contractor, so he understands the construction industry and our clients’ unique needs.' Based in Ft Myers, the new franchisee will offer Janbury services in Charlotte, Lee and Collier Counties.
Janbury provides customized construction support services to major contractors who are building large commercial and multi-family residential developments. Since inception in Sarasota in 2002 Janbury has developed a blue chip client base on the Florida Gulf Coast. This successful model is being used as a platform for national franchise sales. The company is currently targeting franchise candidates in the southern states with further Florida signings anticipated soon.
