Coaching Franchise to Offer International Accredited Coach Training

OLOGY has become the first international franchise to send its franchisees on a world-renowned coach training programme.
The company specialises in coaching businessmen and women to achieve their full potential and help make their businesses more profitable. So Ology’s directors were determined that their franchisees would be trained to the best standards in the world.
The company, based in Warrington, has entered into a partnership with the world-renowned Adler School of Coaching, based in Ontario, Canada. Through this partnership, Ology is offering its franchisees a training programme accredited by the International Coach Federation.
John Allen, Ology’s Midlands Director explains “No other franchise in the world offers its franchisees such a high level of training and expertise. We are helping to raise the bar for the whole franchising industry.”
