Ruths Chris Steak House Franchise Opens

Franchise owners Rick Blaskin, Brian Collins, and Brendan Connolly opened the newest Ruth's Chris Steak House location on Edmonton's main thoroughfare in the World Trade Centre, a historic building and former home of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce built in the late 1950s.
The restaurant's design blends old-world charm with a touch of new age. With seating on two levels, ranging from intimate tables for two to festive private dining rooms for parties as large as sixty, Ruth's Chris Edmonton offers the ideal setting for celebrations with family and friends and business meetings with colleagues or clients. Unique architectural and design features include two small private dining rooms that were the original bank vaults. The natural wood textures rich, warm colors offer an elegant and theatrical dining experience unique in the city of Edmonton.
The local community celebrated the arrival of the new Ruth's Chris restaurant during pre-opening charity events on October 27th and 28th. Contributions supported The Mustard Seed, a faith-based humanitarian organization that seeks to address poverty in greater Edmonton through the building of a healthy community.

Stiles added, "Each time we open a new location, we host a traditional New Orleans 'second line' celebration of our New Orleans heritage. Led by the Storyville Stompers, a New Orleans brass band, this unique celebration was a big hit with everyone in Edmonton."
Guests in Edmonton will now be able to enjoy New Orleans-inspired appetizers, the finest Prime steaks, fresh seafood and classic desserts, all complemented by an award-winning wine list. Ruth's Chris Steak House Edmonton is open daily for dinner nightly at 5 p.m.
