Franchise Working Out For Servants Systems
Posted on: 20/11/2006
Servant Systems of Ann Arbor, Michigan, has been awarded contracts to develop software for two master franchises recently granted by Two Men And A Truck(R) International. One is for the United Kingdom; the other is for the Republic of Ireland.
Donald DeSmith, President of Servant Systems said, "The development will include new versions of the 'Movers Who Care' franchise management and accounting software (originally developed for the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK(R) US system). They will be compliant with UK and Ireland's business and tax laws, and currency." The "Movers Who Care" system automates the organizing of a customer's move, providing time and cost estimates, truck scheduling, and accounts receivable functions. The UK and Ireland's "Movers Who Care" software will interface with the UK version of the QuickBooks accounting package.
The Master Franchisee is Dublin-based NDMG Holdings. President of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK(R) UK and Ireland, Brian Hefferon, plans to establish more than 60 sub-franchisees in the two countries.
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK(R) is the largest and first local moving franchise system in the United States. It also operates in Canada.
