Agger Gets Franchise Relations Role

Next Generation Media names Kim Agger Director of Franchise Relations.
Next Generation Media Corporation, whose subsidiary, United Marketing Solutions, Inc. is a national leader in the direct mail industry and in franchising, today announced that it has appointed Kim M. Agger, with significant experience in change management, operational efficiency and building successful financial systems, as Director of Franchise Relations.
Ms. Agger recently was with Capital One Financial Services, in Richmond, Virginia and Nottingham, England, where she served as a Group Manager/Director in a number of departments including Corporate Procurement, Audit, Finance and IT. Most recently she managed a staff of 21 and developed new corporate policies, procedures and systems.
Ms. Agger earned her Bachelor of Science in Economics from Virginia Commonwealth University, being named Economics Student of the Year, and earned her Master of Business Administration from the same university. She has also studied at CIMBA in Asolo, Italy.
