East Anglia’s John Grose Ford franchise wins Chairman’s Award, again.
Mercury 24 reports that the John Grose Group - a franchise of five Ford dealerships, including one in Diss, as well as several other brand dealerships throughout East Anglia, has won the Chairman's Award for the fifth time in the past seven years.
It is the premier dealership award given by Ford of Europe every year to the best and most successful top five per cent of Ford dealers - that's 18 dealers in the UK.
The Chairman's Award programme runs for one year and aims to recognise those dealers who put the service to their customers above all else. Dealers who achieve this prestigious award have been judged on questionnaires, sent by Ford Motor Company to their customers immediately after they have bought a new vehicle.
The questionnaire asks the customer to rate their experience of many different aspects of their purchase. The percentage of customers that answered “completely satisfied” with their overall experience is the figure used to determine the winning dealers.
Mark Deans, regional director of Ford of Britain, handed over the Chairman's Award for 2005 to Mike Kiff, group managing director of John Grose. Mr Kiff said: 'We want all our customers to be completely satisfied with their experience at John Grose. The Chairman's Award ensures we maintain our focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
“We are extremely proud of our successes in this field, particularly as we are judged by those we couldn't operate without - our own customers and, of course, our staff
