The Statesman Journal reports that Melissa Hedstrom, who has been a fitness and health educator for 12 years, is the trainer and manager of a new Fitness Together franchise in West Salem. Rich and Shelly Duncan are the owners and operators. Fitness Together is part of the Fitness for Life Franchise Corp. and focuses on personalized training. The location has private training suites instead of shared workout areas.
