Whitbread Franchise Rumoured For Buyout

Pizza Hut and TGI Friday franchise could be part of buyout deal.
Marketwatch reports that Starwood Capital is interested in buying Whitbread the U.K. owner of hotels, coffee chains, gyms and restaurants, the Sunday Mail and other newspapers reported. Starwood would probably sell Whitbread's U.K. franchises of TGI Friday's and Pizza Hut, the reports said. Starwood is interested in Whitbread's Premier Travel Inn, the reports added.
