Gourmet Sausage Franchise Goes National

Mandler's franchise serves up sausage celebration on NBC Today Show.
Mandler's The Original Sausage Company, rated the top "dog" in New York City dining, celebrated its quick-serve franchise with an Independence Day invitation on NBC's Today Show for a "haute dog extravaganza." With such popularity, it's no wonder the gourmet, European-style sausage restaurant is attracting wide entrepreneurial interest from around the country.
"I was pleased to be invited, especially with the enthusiastic response we've received from prospective franchisees looking to capitalize on Mandler's momentum and unique concept," said restaurant founder Ronnie Mandler.
There wasn't a more appropriate way to kick-off the company's franchise expansion than with an appearance on television sets across the nation. The sausage extravaganza drew applause from the show's live audience in Rockefeller Centre with Mandler grilling a variety of the restaurant's high- quality 9 1/2" long, European-style sausages.
"The audience was very enthusiastic. We matched the sense of occasion with a choice of eleven different mouth-watering sausage recipes including our traditional Bratwurst, Bockwurst, Chorizo, Krainerwurst and Knockwurst sausages," said Mandler. "We also had chicken, turkey, Andouille, Italian, Kosher beef and veggie sausages served in 4 different kinds of freshly-baked, slightly crispy buns."
Of course, it was the Mandler's specials such as the Heaven mix and Mandler's in a blanket that stole the show. "Andouille sausage with cheese in a crusty pastry was also a big hit," said Mandler.
Mandler's gourmet sausages would not be complete without Mandler's Original signature mustards -- all made from a secret recipe. The flavours include Horseradish Mustard, Vermont Maple Mustard, Roasted Garlic Dijon Mustard, Amber Ale Honey Mustard, Three Peppercorn Dijon Mustard and Smokey Garlic Dijon Mustard.
While Mandler's will soon be popping up across the nation, starting with New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and of course, New York, those who just can't wait, can satisfy their appetite for mouth-watering gourmet sausages and signature mustards by ordering from Mandler's online sausage store.
