H&M & MH Alshaya tie-up a franchise deal.
H&M established in 1947 has over 1,200 stores in 22 countries globally; has agreed to franchise with one of the Middle East's leading retail groups M H Alshaya. While H&M has a huge market potential, M H Alshaya basks in regional knowledge and retailing expertise. M H Alshaya will be opening three stores in Dubai, two in the Mall of the Emirates, one each in Ibn Battuta and Marina Mall in Kuwait.
