Weight Watchers Franchise Announces Second Quarter Earnings Call

Weight Watchers franchise will release its results for the second quarter 2006 after the NYSE close on Tuesday, August 1, 2006.
The Company has also scheduled a conference call on August 1st at 5:00 p.m. ET. During the conference call, Linda Huett, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Ann Sardini, Chief Financial Officer, will discuss second quarter results and answer questions from the investment community.
